On the right, select the "System Monitoring" program (you will have to click on "Other" at the bottom of the list and point to Programs - Utilities - System Monitoring). In the second column, double-click "Run program". Select "Quick Action" and click the "Select" button. In the window that opens, click on "New Document". Run Automator (you can find it in programs or by searching Spotlight).
